A procurement reverse auction is an auction in which suppliers bid prices downward to win a buyer's order, and Easy.Auction offered this format on its higher Business and Enterprise packages. The same platform provided timed auctions with chosen start and end times, user verification by email and SMS, and internal messaging. Easy.Auction stays online for existing customers but no longer accepts new subscriptions. Easy.Auction is continued as Auctify, which offers a 7-day free trial and also runs reverse auctions for procurement, in a different form: the price starts too low for any supplier and rises until the first supplier accepts it, instead of suppliers underbidding each other. Easy.Auction packages cost 99 to 299 USD a month and are no longer sold; its successor Auctify has plans from $49 a month, with zero commission.
