Frequently asked questions
Can I add mileage and fuel type to each car listing?
Yes, as custom attributes. Easy.Auction has no built-in vehicle fields; instead the site owner defines custom attributes per category, such as a mileage field, a fuel type field or a yes/no field for service history. Those attributes then appear on every car listed in that category.
What happens if a car does not reach its reserve price at auction?
The car does not sell, and Easy.Auction can relist it automatically. A reserve price is set per listing, so a vehicle only sells when bidding meets your minimum. Automatic relisting of unsuccessful auctions puts the car back up for sale without entering the listing again by hand.
Can other dealers sell their cars on my auction site?
Yes. In Easy.Auction's multi-seller mode, member dealers list their own vehicles on your site, eBay style. As the owner you can charge those sellers a commission percentage or listing fees, and sell Premium highlighted listings. In single-seller mode only you list cars.
