An estate auction site on Easy.Auction is an online auction website that estate sale companies, house clearance firms and probate professionals can use to sell the contents of a home through timed bidding. A whole house can be split into categories such as furniture, kitchenware or tools, and listings can be imported by CSV in batches of up to 100. Unsold items can be relisted automatically, and each lot can carry a handling or shipping fee for delivery. Easy.Auction is continued as Auctify, which has a dedicated estate and downsizing starter site and a 7-day free trial for new sites.

Can I set a start and end time for an online estate sale auction?
Yes. Easy.Auction runs timed auctions with start and end dates and times that you choose, so the contents of a house can be scheduled to close on a set day. Anti-sniping settings help prevent lots from being won with a last-second bid.
Can buyers pay online for estate items they win?
Yes. Winning bidders on Easy.Auction pay for won items through built-in PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Square or Authorize.net. A handling or shipping fee can be added per listing where delivery applies, and the seller can require upfront credit-card verification of bidders.
Can bidders be notified when a certain type of item from a house clearance is listed?
Yes. Easy.Auction lets bidders set keyword alerts and receive an email whenever a newly listed item matches, for example oak dresser or power tools. Bidders can also add lots to a watch list and receive outbid emails while an estate auction is running.
