You may want to allow other people to auction items on your site. To do that, visit your Admin Panel, make your pointer click on the Settings icon and click General Options. Check the option Grant right to sale to new users by default. Click the Save button.
To change a specific user's rights make your pointer click on the Users icon and click Manage user rights. Look up the user and click the button in the column Sell rights Y/N to change the user his/her user rights.
